The fossil fuel companies should be rightly criticised for misleading use is carbon footprints, but we need to be careful of throwing the baby out with the bath water. Measurement of and reporting on biocaoacity at a national and global scale gives a full picture of how far humans have strayed from the limits of a finite planet. Thank you for highlighting the importance of a circular economy. In a planet of finite resources it really the only way we survive as a species without someone being exploited. It's only a return to what we all used to do anyway, back when we cared for the things we used .
